* Prices are per apartment and day for 2 persons for a minimum stay of one week. Prices for shorter stays are available upon request via e-mail.
The price includes the final cleaning.
For each additional person we charge 15 € / day.
Children under 10 years are charged 10 € / day.
We ask you to arrive after 2 pm and to check out of the apartment on the day of departure at 10 am. Other times can be arranged but are subject to availability.
The reservation is confirmed after a down payment in the amount of three booking days per week is received.
Payment is made in cash on site.
As of 01.01.2020, we are committed to collect a community residence tax of 1.75 € per person and night for all persons over 14 years.
Cancellation protection
We look forward to seeing you here. Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday. We ask for your understanding that we charge for cancellations received, the deposit as a cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 months and 4 weeks before your set arrival date we will Charge 70 % of the total Price. If you cancel within the 4 weeks directly before your set arrival date, then 100% of the booking will be charged.
